Criminal Litigation

We provide advice and representation to a broad range of clients in a wide range of criminal matters.

Police procedure and the Criminal Court system can be intimidating and complex to deal with. We pride ourselves on providing our clients with the support and clear advice that they need in what are usually very difficult and upsetting circumstances.

It is vital to take advice as early as possible if you think that you might be accused of committing a crime. We can advise you of your rights even before you are arrested or interviewed and can provide representation for you if you are. It is important to take advice at this early stage as this is often when you will feel at your most vulnerable and may be more prone to making mistakes or errors of judgment which could have serious consequences for the rest of your case.

We provide advice to our clients throughout the entire process that you may be involved with: volunteering at the police station, being arrested, interviewed under caution, charges, bail issues, hearings and trial.

We are committed to providing a comprehensive and efficient defence service. We have experience of dealing with both the more common offences that a person might be accused of, for example road traffic offences, theft, fraud, benefit fraud, assault, drug related offences, as well as some more obscure criminal charges which are less often tried in the Courts, such as harassment and worrying animals.

Follow the links below for information about some of the more frequent criminal matters on which we are often instructed, as well as some general information that may be of assistance. However you should not hesitate to contact us to arrange an appointment to discuss any criminal matter that is affecting you or someone you know.
