Emma joined DC Kaye & Co in 2011 as a Trainee Solicitor having completed her LLB Law Degree at Bournemouth University and her LPC at the College of Law in Chester. Emma is currently training in the Litigation Department where she is instructed on a variety of matters including Landlord and Tenant, Bankruptcy and Personal Injury.
Emma is particularly interested in Insolvency Law and Debt Recovery having undertaken a 40-week placement at the Insolvency Service as part of her Degree. Emma also worked part time at a medium sized firm in their Special Situations Department whilst completing her LPC.
After completing the LPC Emma worked as a Legal Assistant for a local firm in their Litigation and Employment department where she gained ample experience in both areas of Law.
