TRAINEE SOLICITORS REQUIRED
We are looking to expand a number of our Departments to bring them in line with our fast moving practice and we are currently offering graduates the opportunity of a training contract. Applicants must have completed their LPC course or be due to complete it ready to start their Training Contract.
The successful applicants will support our current Partners and fee earners.

CONVEYANCER REQUIRED
Our Property Department is expanding and requires a qualified conveyancer. The successful applicant will support our Property Partner in a fee-earning capacity and therefore must have an appropriate legal qualification. Previous legal experience in a Solicitors’ Property Department is desirable.

CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR REQUIRED
Our Property Department is expanding and requires a Conveyancing Solicitor. The successful applicant would work alongside our existing Property Partner based at our offices in Prestwood and Wendover in Buckinghamshire.
The work required:
- Undertaking and managing residential conveyancing transactions
- Undertaking and managing commercial property transactions
- Developing the Property Department alongside the existing Partner
- Developing the existing working relations with clients and local Agents
- Assisting in the further expansion of the Department
The qualifications we require:
- A qualified solicitor or
- A qualified legal executive or
- A qualified licensed conveyancer
Who has at least 1 year’s PQE in a Property department
The skillset we require:
- Working to deadlines in a calm and efficient manner is essential
- Having a strong work ethic
- Possessing common sense and having a positive approach to problem solving
- All necessary IT skills and being competent in all forms of written and oral communication
- Excellent personal organisation skills
- Managing time and workloads efficiently
- A willingness to nurture clients and to increase the existing client base
- A team player – one who can undertake work delegated to them and also be able to effectively delegate work to assistants where appropriate
