Remortgaging


  1. We send you client care letter with some useful information.
     
  2. We obtain your mortgage offer.
     
  3. We carry out the necessary searches and examine the legal title of your property.
     
  4. We  write to you or preferably meet with you to discuss your mortgage and your property and to sign the mortgage.
     
  5. We obtain the mortgage redemption statements from your bank/building society if there are mortgages on the property.
     
  6. We request the mortgage money from your bank/building society and redeem old mortgage if any.
     
  7. We deal with discharge of your old mortgage if any and with the registration of your new mortgage at the Land Registry and we deal with all their requisitions.
     
  8. We send you confirmation of your ownership and new mortgage registered on your property once fully completed.
