Resolving contractual issues with a supplier or client is a difficult and potentially costly exercise. Our aim is to give practical advice to our clients on enforcing their rights in the most cost-effective manner possible. We encourage alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation – and most court claims do not proceed to trial without some form of mediation having been attempted. The aim is to achieve a compromise resolution between the parties without having to incur the substantial cost of a formal court trial.

We therefore make all efforts to avoid court action for our clients but, if such action is required, we seek  to achieve the most efficient and successful resolution for you. In certain cases we can offer no-win no-fee agreements in personal injury and employment work and we aim to provide access to justice for all our clients.
