During the last 15 years we have been promoting enfranchisements, including converting leasehold into freehold and lease extensions, in Buckinghamshire and in other areas of England and Wales when recommended by our clients and surveyors.

We have been involved in many complex disputes, County Court proceedings and Tribunal cases with successful outcomes in the Appeal Upper Tribunals (Lands Chamber) where we occasionally had to press for our client’s rights.

  • Representing tenants against the Crown Estate in cases of escheat where the freehold property vested by default in the Crown;
