Typical disbursements include, search fees, Land Registry fees, Stamp Duty Land Tax and with Leasehold property any fees payable to the Freeholder/Management company for sales information pack, Notice fees and Deed of Covenant. We will provide to you a written quotation prior to, or at the time of receiving your instructions in connection with any transaction. Should the transaction become abortive our fees will be apportioned taking into account the amount of work that has been undertaken.
There are occasions when additional work can arise over and above that normally envisaged, for example by having to deal with extra problems arising during the transaction or money retentions or by reviewing extra documents such as surveys etc. for which we reserve our right to make additional charge. We will always keep such costs to a minimum.
